Kung-Fu you

I was sitting on the couch talking to the kids when out of the blue Naomi and Joel pulled some random kung-fu pose on me. The looks on their faces were hilarious! The picture is not as good as the original pose, but you get the idea. And of course, Enoch and Eli have to get in on the camera action.

Field Trip to the Hewitt Farm

Last Monday we had a wonderful time visiting the small farm of our friends, the Hewitts. We enjoyed lunch together (and our five little ones were impressively polite :)), played with the pups and dogs, fed the cows, braved the blackberry bushes to eat their yummy fruit and walked the river looking at beaver dams. It was a great four hours. Thanks Mark and Ruth!

Nathan is a climber! It's a good thing he smiles so cute when I catch him at the dinner table smearing the butter everywhere. Here are a couple shots of him on the table, getting his own cheerios, and in the entertainment center.
